United Kingdom

Note: Many of our products are made from genuine leather and handcrafted with care. Combined with high order volume, processing and transit times may occasionally be slightly longer. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver quality craftsmanship to your door.

Order Processing & Confirmation

  • Review Period: All orders are reviewed and confirmed within 2 business days.

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your order freely during this 2-day confirmation period.

  • Fulfillment: Once the order enters the fulfillment stage, the crafting and shipping process has begun, and cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Discreet Packaging & Customs

  • Privacy: All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging. No product details or brand specifics are visible on the outside of the box to ensure your privacy.

  • Customs & Duties: Shipping costs do not include local import taxes or customs duties. These policies vary by country and are the responsibility of the recipient. Any delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control, though we will assist with documentation whenever possible.
